On Thursday I, and friends from the Sound Tracks group, the Suitcase Ensemble and LIPA attended a theatre workshop held by Told by an Idiot, the company behind And the Horse you rode in on.
We played various improvisation games around movement and speech and came up with some strange and interesting improvised performances!
