Today saw New Brighton’s Fort Perch Rock invaded. Children and adults alike all dressed as pirates came to see the battle. A pirate siege on the Fort itself with cannons, muskets, explosions and fires. The guards defending the fort didn’t stand a chance and the fort fell into the hands of the piratical invaders.
